What is your biggest accomplishment?  Finding myself and saving my marriage after baby loss and infertility.

Tell us anything else you would like us to know.  I am super passionate about sharing mindfulness practices to improve well-being, especially my holistic fitness class called intenSati! I'm an educator at heart whether it's during the day with my students at school, or after school hours with women from all walks of life as a Sexual Health & Wellness Educator or a Self-Love & Well-Being Coach!
