General Questions
The Women of LBB strive to keep things simple while creating a positive uplifting experience for every woman which allows personal and professional growth. If you can’t find your answer on this list, please email us at [email protected].
Does my membership auto renew?
Yes, your membership is set to automatically renew each year. When you initially signed up, you consented to the automatic renewal of your membership on an annual basis.
How much is my payment?
A monthly membership is $30 per month if you are on the monthly plan. If you are on the annual plan it is $275 per year.
How do I update my credit card information?
To access your account, just click on this link https://www.womenoflbb.com/member-login.html and enter your password. If you can't remember your password, no worries! Just click on the "Forgot Password" link next to the login button and the system will send you a temporary password.
When you navigate to your profile page, you will find a pink link midway down that says "Update Credit Card". Click on the link to update your credit card information. Unfortunately, the membership software we use, does not allow HQ to update and save your credit card information. This is something you have to do directely with your account.
How do I change my chapter?
We understand life causes us to make changes in our lives and so we will make this change pretty easy on you. Please fill out this form with the your new chapter selection and we will process it as soon as possible.
Can I pause my membership?
It is our policy to not allow members to pause their membership due to the size of organization we have become. It is too hard to keep track of members coming and going. If you want to pause your membership you will need to cancel and rejoin when you are ready to return.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see anyone leave, but we understand sometimes life happens. Should a you wish to discontinue your membership in Little Black Book after your initial 12 month subscription, at least 7 days written notice is required. Please fill out this form letting us know why you are cancelling. We ask to make sure there isn't something that you are needing that we offer, but you aren't aware of. Whether or not you utilize the Member Programs and Services, you are obligated for the annual membership dues. Should a member opt for the monthly payment plan cancel their membership prior to their 12 month subscription obligation, member is liable for a $100 cancellation fee in addition to the balance of the membership dues.
Do we have a directory?
If you're in search of a particular individual or a specific business, be sure to check out our LBB Directory at https://www.womenoflbb.com/member-directory.html. You'll have the ability to search by name, chapter, or industry.
How do I update my personal information?

Where do I find a copy of paid invoices?
To access your account, click this link https://www.womenoflbb.com/member-login.html and enter your password. When you navigate to your profile page, click on invoices and payment, then click on the invoice you would like a copy of, and your receipt will appear.
How do I share an announcement with other members?
You may announce all free events, vendor opportunities, charity functions, etc in our LBB Connect and Share Private Facebook group. This is a members-only benefit. If you have any recognition such as awards and newspaper articles, etc., please send them to [email protected] so we may share your success.
How do I find out what events are upcoming?
You can go to our calendar and see all of our upcoming events. Our calendar is color-coded by the county the event is being held. If you need to register there will be a registration box. Some of our events you do not need to register for.
If I registered for an event and can’t attend may I request a refund?
Yes and No. We do not offer refunds for events. However, if you email us that you can’t attend twenty-four hours before the scheduled event we can instead apply credit toward a future event or put that credit toward your membership fees. There are no refunds on membership dues or vendor/sponsor registrations.
