​Congratulations, April Porter on receiving the Bear of Excellence Award from the Missouri State University Alumni Association.

The Bear of Excellence Award recognizes up to six alumni yearly who are making a difference in big and small ways, through their commitment to the community and the pursuit of excellence.
I will accept the award this weekend and I am so grateful that I was chosen as one of the "bears of excellence".
