LBB’s signature events are a means to fundraise for charitable giving, keeps membership dues low and the organization successful in its mission.

- January: Woman of the Year & Leadership Installation Brunch
The annual LBB Woman of the Year and Leadership Installation Brunch is a celebration of the LBB Woman of the Year finalists, their accomplishments, and the accomplishments of the organization, resulting in one lucky member being selected "Woman of the Year" and awarded a $500 Grant to invest in her personal or professional development. - March: “BECOME” Women’s Conference
Learn and network with local, regional and national leaders as we strive to “Become” the best women that we can be. - May: Annual Sand Volleyball Tournament
Gather your co-ed team of 6 people and join the annual sand volleyball tournament at Sugarfire Wentzville. Take this opportunity to network with women throughout the organization in a casual and social environment. - June: Girls Gone Wine
Girls Gone Wine is a girls afternoon out at the winery! Participants will enjoy transportation to and from the winery with games, prizes, and fantastic company along the way. Connect with local business women while enjoying the best of our region's wine country. - September: Escape
Who is ready for sunshine and relaxation? It's time to grab your roomie and get ready for the Annual LBB Escape! Escape offers professional development mixed with plenty of personal time, making this the perfect way to schedule a tropical getaway that can be written off as a business expense. Grow your relationships within LBB by attending this multi-day trip.
- October: Monster Mash 5K Dash
Dress up as your favorite ghoul and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! The Halloween fun starts with the Monster Mash 5K Dash and Little Monsters 1 mile fun run. The course will be lined with not only your usual water stops but also candy stops for you to trick or treat along the way! As you run through the course you will have to watch out for the ghouls and zombies coming out of the shadows. Join the run, or volunteer for this fun community day.
- December: BrrrBASH to Benefit Toys for Tots
LBB’s gala and glamorous date night features dinner, open bar, live music, dancing, silent auctions, photobooth shenanigans, and more! The event benefits Toys for Tots Foundation, and is the largest collection of toys in the Greater St Louis region.
