2022 Rise & Shine Grant

Rise & Shine offers LBB members the opportunity to be mentored by a panel of seasoned professionals, as they compete for a business grant package including money and services totaling over $2000. Applications open on July 5th.

This presentation style competition is designed to help you pitch your business and clearly communicate your business goals and strategies.

Contestants must meet the following criteria:
  • LBB member for a minimum of 12 months, in good standing
  • Have a business that is recognized by the federal government
  • Fill out this application by the Midnight, July 15th
  • Can attend all important dates

Important Dates:
  • 7/05: Application opens
  • 7/15: Application closes at midnight
  • 7/22: Announcement of 10 women selected
  • 7/27: Orientation zoom call
  • 8/1-8/5: Private coaching sessions
  • 8/10: First pitch night (open to audience)
  • 8/19: Top 5 finalists announced
  • 8/22-8/26: Private feedback session with judges panel
  • 8/31: Final pitch and award night (open to audience)

Deep Cove Creations is the culmination of those three things. We focus on custom engraved gifts and one of a kind pieces of art. We take the time to get to know our clients and their style to create items that they are excited to give as gifts and make them want to come back to get one for their home as well. We specialize in one of a kind maps that showcase our clients love for the water. When I imagine the map in it's forever home, I can see the recipient proudly pointing to the map and showing their guests where they are on the water.
