The LBB: Freya Business Mentorship and Accountability Program was created to serve members of Little Black Book: Women in Business like you, women ready to take build a strong foundation so the stage is set for their business to grow to the next level. Participation is by application only, and participants will be strategically placed in cohorts based on experience, gross income, and growth goals.
A business mentorship and accountability program is a great way to get ideas, learn best practices, discuss strategies, and share resources. This is a safe space where you are able to share your aspirations, challenges, and vulnerabilities, while actively crafting your plan for success. There is no replacement for wisdom from other people's learned experiences.
FREYA cohorts meet twice monthly between the months of May - October, 2024. Meetings will be held in St Louis and St Charles Counties, and one cohort will be facilitated virtually. The program will also include subject matter expert workshops, exclusive networking opportunities, and a graduation and certification event, dates TBD.
Cost of this program is $1,497 including a $500 deposit when application is accepted, and the balance amortized through June 30, 2024.

ANDREA CRISLIP
Andrea Crislip is a multifaceted entrepreneur and community leader known for her commitment to excellence. She founded Crislip Speech Therapy in 2008 and later acquired The Maids of St. Charles County and The Maids in St. Louis. Andrea's dedication to service excellence has earned her prestigious awards, including the Jeff Harris Spirit Award and the 5 Star Service Award. Additionally, she actively engages in community organizations and initiatives, serving on the board of the Adam Morgan Foundation and playing a key role in LBB Women in Business. Heather has 25 years of experience in leadership and management roles in various corporate settings, including planning national sales meetings, hosting international clients, and managing Human Resources. She discovered her passion for volunteerism, community building, and event planning through her work in Parks and Recreation. Currently, she is the Yarn Queen at Yarncom, Head Fiber Freak for Midwest Fiber Festival, and CEO of The Swan Factor, an expert brainstormer who helps individuals through transitions. Heather is dedicated to bringing people together to improve the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and spoiling her pets. 2nd & 4th Friday
