Who is Intentional Growth for?
It is for founders and owners who are actively building a company and want more structure, education, accountability, and support for sustainable growth.
How is it different from Connections and ONYX?
Connections provides the shared foundation of relationships, visibility, and meeting-based education. Intentional Growth adds workshops, mentorship, resources, and a BECOME pass. Onyx adds monthly CEO Days, assigned growth and accountability groups, a 12-month curriculum, and peer-to-peer mentorship for established founders and owners.
Is a BECOME Conference pass included?
Yes. Intentional Growth includes a complimentary BECOME 2-day pass. Your Connections benefits, including regional event access, are also included.
Are LUX and the additional courses included?
Membership gives you eligibility for the LUX Program and Business & Team Building Courses. Eligibility does not mean the programs are included. Ask the team about any separate requirements, availability, and fees.
