Do I have to own a business to be a member? No. We are a diverse membership of female professionals and entrepreneurs. All women are welcome whether they work in the corporate sector, are a solopreneu,r, or a veteran business owner.
Is Little Black Book: Women in Business an industry-exclusive organization?
Little Black Book is a women's organization founded on an abundance mindset, not an "exclusivity." The core values are "Collaboration, Inclusion, Integrity, Innovation, Self-Development, and Making a Difference." All individuals who identify as female are welcome to join Little Black Book: Women in Business.
Can I continue to attend events as a non-member?
If you're wondering whether non-members are allowed to attend events, the answer is yes! However, non-members are limited to attending just two meetings before you are required to become a member. Additional ticketed events such as BrrrBASH, BECOME: Women's Day of Inspiration, and Girls Gone Wine are open to members and guests alike.
What meetings are standard with a membership?
Each Little Black Book Chapter hosts the following meetings: Coffee & Connections, Members Only Meetings, Wine & Workshop, Mix, Mingle, and Network events as a free member benefit. Ladies Who Lunch events are hosted monthly by the organization and carry a luncheon fee. Guests are welcome to register at a guest rate.

How do I share an announcement with other members?
You may announce all free events, vendor opportunities, charity functions, etc in our LBB Connect and Share Private Facebook group. This is a members-only benefit. If you have any recognition such as awards and newspaper articles, etc., please send them to connect@womenoflbb.com so we may share your success.
If I registered for an event and can’t attend may I request a refund?
Yes and No. We do not offer refunds for events. However, if you email us that you can’t attend twenty-four hours before the scheduled event we can instead apply credit toward a future event or put that credit toward your membership fees. There are no refunds on membership dues or vendor/sponsor registrations.
How do I change my chapter?
We understand life causes us to make changes in our lives and so we will make this change pretty easy on you. Please email us at connect@womenoflbb.com with the your new chamber selection and why you would like to change chapters.
How do I publish an article in BECOME Magazine?
Little Black Book would love to feature you as a subject matter expert in its quarterly publication of BECOME Magazine. Your submission will be designed, printed, and published. You will be provided with the digital file of the designed article. Submit your article here.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see anyone leave, but we understand sometimes life happens. Should a member wish to discontinue their membership in Little Black Book after their initial 12 month subscription, at least 7 days written notice to chapter leadership is required. Please email us at connect@womenoflbb.com letting us know why you are cancelling. We ask to make sure there isn't something that you are needing that we offer, but you aren't aware of. Note: No dues or fees are refundable. Whether or not you utilize the Member Programs and Services, you are obligated for the annual membership dues. Annual dues are $275 payable in full or $25/month for 12 months. Should a member opt for the monthly payment plan cancel their membership prior to their 12 month subscription obligation, member is liable for a $100 cancellation fee in addition to the balance of the membership dues.
