Encore is the chapter of LBB for women who are experienced, seasoned, wise and generous.  She wants to make the most of life as we transition out of the full-time work force. We support the LBB mission and pillars with our contributions to the charitable and community projects. We have a strong desire to build and nurture relationships that help contribute to the professional and personal development of the lightly seasoned members of the organization. And we have a strong social objective because we just love having fun with like-minded women of all ages. We are called the Encore Chapter because we have already achieved a certain level of success and we want to showcase and share our experiences to encourage and inspire others. 

• ENCORE is the LBB Chapter for women who have already achieved a certain level of success and wish to make the most of life once they are no longer in the full time work force.
• They are ready to explore new ideas, skills and interests with like-minded women for personal growth and development. 
• These women are experienced, seasoned, wise and generous and wish to share their experiences to encourage and inspire others.
• They have a strong desire to build and nurture relationships so that they can help contribute to the personal and professional development of other lightly seasoned members of the organization.
• They want to develop or annex their social circle to enjoy activities with new friends of all ages.
• They fully support the LBB Mission and the five pillars and commit to serve in charity and community projects.

The Encore Group will meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at 2 pm.  There is an option to meet in person or via zoom.
